Your Military Relocation Home Inspection
I am a Professional Certified Home Inspector who is trained to perform a visual, unbiased Home Inspections in Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas. I will assess the home from roof to foundation to identify any safety issues and describe the current conditions of the home at the time of the Home Inspection. After the inspection Roger will walk you step-by-step through any deficiencies and significant findings. You will then recieve a computerized report complete with pictures detailing every aspect of your home inspection.

The Wasaga Beach Home inspector is a Brookfield Approved Home Inspector. All fees charged for Home Inspection will be billed to Brookfield directly at no cost to the Military Relocation Client. We have been affiliated as a Brookfield Service Provider for over ten years. Some of the major items inspected are, but not limited to; Plumbing, Structure, Electrical, Insulation and Ventilation.
FREE Thermal Imaging Inspection
All our Home Inspections come with FREE Thermal Imaging scans with an Infrared Camera. Thermal imaging cameras detect the heat that is being radiated off objects in your home. Your Thermal Imaging Scan will include all exterior walls and your homes exterior ceilings. An Infrared Camera will visually identify signs of missing insulation, areas where the air is leaking into your house around windows and doors, and any hidden moisture not yet visible to the human eye.
