Trenton Home Inspector

Military Home Inspections

We perform a 2 hour assessment and inspection of your home. With each new inspection, you will receive your own copy of the Home Reference Book. We will show you all the necessary functions of heating, A/C and HRV including proper maintenance and service of these components.

We will also give you an electronic report with photos linked to recommended sites for repairs etc.

Military Home Inspections

I grew up in a military family and my parents always bought a fixer-up home, so since about the age of 10 I have done siding, Karen Colfield - Trenton Home Inspsectorshingles, framing, drywall, insulation and run electrical and cable through walls. The house we currently live in was contracted out to a company to build by us in 1986 and we supervised the site daily. To this day we still live in that home and love the layout and have only updated cosmetic and heating systems.

The purpose of a Cofield Home Inspection is to ensure your investment retains its value. We will provide useful and relevant information about the home you’re about to buy. We will help to ensure peace of mind and ensure you maintain your investment.
